Since I am employed full time as an attorney with the State of Nevada, I take many of my photos in the mornings and evenings in the Washoe Valley, situated between our home in Reno and my office in Carson City, Nevada. I have learned, undeniably, that the best location to photograph is one's own backyard. Other favorite places/events include the Carson and Truckee Rivers, the valleys of the Great Basin, Burning Man Festival, Hot August Nights and the Great Reno Balloon Races.
